Sorry, a little late on the comment. Tons of school work and it is only the 6th day of school. Now for my comment...

WOW! Very very VERY nice! Nicely done. This is so good! I can't believe how good it looks. Ok, I should just start saying stuff about and get out of the 'aw' stage. I'll start with shading. The shading -wow- everything blends so nicely and the black sketch lines are great in it. I like sketchiness. The sweat drops look so good and real. You did a really good job with the skin shading. I like what you did in the back ground. That is really neat! It is all shiny and then dark in the red part. He is probably going to kill lots of people soon to let some of that insaneness off. Like how they say do something to get burn the steam off and get it? Aaah nevermind about that.

I would like to comment on the colour of Seras' uniform. Green, the colour you get when you mix blue (anime) and yellow (manga).

I want to know how Pip got Alucard's hat in the first place.

Zahmira- When I coloured this in MS Paint, her uniform was yellow. the JPG did domething wierd to it. But it's supposed to be that dusty army-yellow colour. O_o
As for how Pip got Alucard's hat, he is to cool to explain. ^_^' I dunno. Maybe Alu left it on the back of a chair while he was sleeping, and Pip went in and took it during the day.

It'll say that at the moment it is at 100 both horizontal and vertical; change them to 60, 80, or whatever you would like. Experiment to see what size you prefer. You can always choose undo, or go for 110, 150, etc if you need it bigger.

Zahmira: I used openCanvas to sketch and intial color. OC seems to be a lot more forgiving of folks who handle their tablet pens like monkeys (like me. Ook. *bash*). I like Photoshop for touching-up and the smudge & smear tool handling seems to be a bit better...but I still don't know what most of the tools do.

Oustide of one small piece for Full Metal Alchemist, I mostly just doodle.

And I want to poke the eye too. Heh.
